Navigating The Journey To Your Dreams

Hey there, fellow dream-chasers!

Lately, I’ve been doing a whole lot of soul-searching about what it takes to pursue your dreams. You know, those deep, soul-stirring aspirations that sometimes feel light-years away from where we currently stand. So, let’s chat about it.

Have you ever felt like your dreams were stranded on a distant planet, while you’re stuck here on Earth? Trust me; you’re not alone. It’s precisely the emotion-filled journey that we’re embarking on. And boy, can it get a bit bumpy along the way! As we chase our dreams, we often find ourselves grappling with a mix of unruly emotions because we don’t believe we are where we want to be! It is so easy to look at our current situation and feel frustration, resentment, anger, fear, doubt—you name it; they all come knocking at our emotional door. It’s like a rollercoaster ride within us, and sometimes, we don’t even see it coming.

So, what do we do when we find ourselves neck-deep in these emotional waters? The United Souls of Heaven and Earth has a little wisdom to share. This is wisdom that they have shared with me, and I have implemented, so I know it works! First and foremost, it’s crucial to step away from the hustle, even if it’s just for a few minutes each day. Do something that brings you joy—no excuses. Sometimes, we lose sight of our dreams because we become out of alignment with our true selves. That’s when it’s time to return to the present moment. Place your hands upon your heart and take a nice comfortable breath. Take pauses for appreciation each day. Spend time outdoors, and ground yourself. Sit in stillness or meditate to reclaim your power.

Dealing with those pesky doubts is part of the journey. Remember to invite in comfort, joy, and self-love if you are feeling “less-than”. Appreciate the moments when that doubt begins to dissolve, even if it’s at a turtle’s pace (yep, I’ve been there too!). You’ll find yourself gaining a greater sense of control over your circumstances, along with a refreshing dose of clarity. Appreciate the moments of relief, for if you do, they will grow.

And finally, when those negative emotions come knocking, it’s time to create, create, create. When we engage in the act of creation, we release resistance, elevate our vibrations, and find ourselves in closer alignment with our true desires. So, there you have it, folks—a glimpse into the rollercoaster ride of pursuing your dreams, Sue-style.

It’s a journey filled with ups and downs, but remember, you’re not alone. You’ve got the power to navigate through it all and above all things, you are so dearly loved.

We’ve got this!
