There are days and there are times-moments in time sometimes and sometimes they are longer stretches of what you know as time- simply providing the opportunity for you to move into a kind of repetitious state, repeating over and over the thought and the beliefs of you. Sometimes we see you moving into these states of expression over and over, churning the same vats of butter! Where you are having the same series and sequences of believing one thing and one thing only to be what you call your truth! And the truth, what is that? It is a perspective, and you might see it as not shared by all. It need not be shared by all. But sometimes in your sweet time, we see you move into a belief sequence. A thought sequence. What is a belief? A belief is a thought that you think over and over again until you believe it to be true. And, it is in the thought – what is a thought you might ask? It is a construct that you put together in your own imagination; in your own mind and it is a result of all of the different lenses and filters through which you have had to look at your life. It might be fair to say that you are not all knowing quite yet! There are limitations to what you have experienced, and as a result these limitations might be a part of your thought process! Why are we speaking about all of this? Because friends-you are all getting caught up in all of the thoughts. What if you stepped away from that revolving door of thought for a moment or two, and placed your hand upon your heart and invited and provided your heart with the opportunity to vibrationally give you a pause from thought. To tune into the beat of your own heart and for just a moment to allow that to BE! And allow YOU TO BE, even for a fraction of a moment. It interrupts that current of thought that you might have noticed –begins to think you. There is nothing more powerful than your apparatus of mind and we are going to encourage all of you and each of you to mind that mind and then to mine that mind. For it is the mind that is filled with gems and jewels, but you might have noticed that sometimes there is a fair bit of digging and chipping away parts of that mind which is not what we would call shiny and bright. We speak specifically of the part of the mind that you call the brain. The brain is but one organ of the mind and the brain is what we call the computer. It is the mechanism (most importantly) of memory and although we see your appreciation for a strong memory, it is often what keeps you caught up in the feedback loops of thought that indeed keep you up at night. We are simply offering an option and an opportunity for you to move into a state of expanded heart space with that focus on breath and beat. Even if it is for just a moment, it provides an interruption to that feedback loop. We are not saying you will not return to your originally scheduled thought processes, for you may and you might. But we simply want to remind that mind that the brain is not the one in charge of your charge. For it is not the only input system of you!
